Whether you're telling a joke or changing lanes, context is everything. Web 3.0, also known as the semantic Web or the rise of the intelligent machine, has been in the buzz for a while, but is now getting enough traction that you might want to check it out. This is a great basic article from Information Management:

"Web 3.0: Rise of the Intelligent Machines" by Phillip Green

It seems to be a world-wide discussion. Check out this PowerPoint presentation from Romania:

"Why Web 3.0?" by Dr. Sabin Buraga

As mentioned by Carla, October 1, 2009 :' ...context is everything...' ( http://tinyurl.com/y9z4nn2 - Web 3.0 Knowledge Management: Context Is Everything ). In my view after issuing 'Knowledge is subject' (http://mobeeknowledge.ning.com/forum/topics/road-mapping-the-implications - ROAD MAPPING THE IMPLICATIONS IN TREATING KNOWLEDGE AS SUBJECT). Then followed by the article http://mobeeknowledge.ning.com/forum/topics/types-of-learning-domain - TYPES OF LEARNING DOMAIN - BUSINESS PLAN FRAMEWORK - MANAGEMENT TOOLS - HUMAN BODY GENOME ANALOGY BASED KM ALL IN ONE MAP : EMERGENT PROPERTIES OF HUMAN ORGANIZATION, I'd like to emphasize : 'CONTEXT IS EVERYTHING, BUT KNOWLEDGE IS RE-EVERYTHING'.
