We're proud that the 2007 North American MAKE panel recognized APQC for its efforts in developing knowledge-based products/services/solutions. You can learn more about the North American MAKE Awards by reading the study executive summary, which explains:

The North American MAKE study was established in 2002 to recognize organizations (founded and headquartered in North America) for their ability to create shareholder wealth (or in the case of public and non-profit organizations to increase stakeholder value and societal capital) by transforming new as well as existing enterprise knowledge into superior products/services/solutions.

In addition to the North American study, MAKE performs similar analyses to recognize Asian, Indian, European, and global organizations. You can download PDF versions of the executive summaries for the 2007 Asian, Indian, European, and Global MAKE studies here.

Congratulations to all the 2007 MAKE finalists and winners across the globe, and good luck to everyone in 2008. We're humbled to be in such great company.
