APQC has just announced the winners of the C. Jackson Grayson Distinguished Quality Pioneer Medals. This award recognizes the contributions of individuals who have demonstrated outstanding leadership in the application of quality philosophy, methods, and tools in education, health care, public service, and nonprofit organizations. The 2008 winners include a former U.S. vice president, a health care leader, a university dean, and a school superintendent.
